Webinar Program Write-Up

I have prepared this short note to help you use the web-based software for our webinars.

This system is very easy to use. All you need to do is to click on the link on the date and time of the webinars to access the web-based program. However, I would suggest that you click on the link, get to the page and then save the page as a Bookmark or Favourite as soon as you can – right now will be a good time! This will save you a little bit of time when logging in during the actual webinar as you do not have to click on the link anymore or wait for the page to load. Of course, once you have bookmarked/saved the page, you can log-in to the page straightaway for the subsequent webinars.

The page like the one below will be displayed on your computer screen. Type in your name in ‘YOUR USERNAME’ box in the LOGIN INFORMATION and then click ‘OK’.

If you have already bookmarked/saved the page, the box may not appear. If that is the case, you just click on the ‘Sign In’ box on the top right corner.

The box will dissapear and the actual page like the one below will remain on your screen. You are now ready for the webinar. (Of course, you must be connected to the Internet to begin with!)

As I’ll be speaking most of the time, you just listen in. Needless to say, your PC must have a speaker to be able to listen in. If you do not have a built-in speaker, then you will need to buy one!

In case you want to ask a question at the end of the program, click on the rectangular box (the one with the smiley face) at the bottom of the Chat box, type in your question and then click on ‘Send’. I will read the question and then answer it. Bear in mind that other members are also listening in so you may want to take turns in asking the questions. You can also e-mail your questions beforehand, and I will answer them during the webinar.

At the end of the webinar or anytime you wish to log-off, just click on the ‘Sign Out’ box also on the top right corner, and you are done.

If you cannot listen in at that time, there’s no problem as we will record the webinar. There’ll be a link on the Inner Circle Site where you can click to listen to the recording. The link will be up a few days after the webinar.
